The open concept living room, dining & kitchen offer plenty of space for lounging in front of the TV, or playing games at the dining table or getting into the fully equipped kitchen to cook up a great meal. The kitchen counter has 2 stools and is just right for a quick snack or enjoying a cold drink.

The entire front of the house is a patio with BBQ and lounge furniture and a... LAWN! (a rare item in Baja). The green lawn is a great spot to roll out a towel ad feel the cush under your back and enjoy some down time.

This home is located just one street off the white sand beach and from the 2nd story patio deck you can watch the boats come back from a day of fishing or just watch the sun rise. Sweeping views from this patio, with a small refrigerator for some beverages with a palapa roof for shade.
