The main house is the living space with kitchen, dining, living areas and the veranda looking out to the sea. The master bedroom is detached which lends to quiet time and space situated on either side of a lovely sitting area with mesmerizing shade effects.
The casita is located on the same property and is completely private from the main house. It lends charm and a quiet area with separate entry.
Bird watchers will love it here, the property has many beautiful trees that encourage the local bird community to hang out and will serenade their visitors. It is truly the perfect compliment to how relaxing the surrounds are.
Fabulous location just north of downtown yet close enough to get around for all local activities. Some of the areas best hiking trails are just outside your front door.
