Gorgeous, Casita Marina, new build 1750 sqft home, with private beach access on the most beautiful stretch of beach in Los Barriles. There are 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, laundry, and outdoor shower, tv, wifi, all walking distance into downtown Los Barriles.  You can paddle board, kite surf, kayak, take an ATV into the hills to see picturesque water falls, and take those walks on the beach that we all love so much.
No pets, please.
All the bedrooms are spacious, and most have beach views. You are about 200 steps from the incredible Sea of Cortez. This is not right on the sand, but is right behind the beachfront house. You can see the water through the huge breezeway. There is an outdoor shower attached to the casita for washing off from the beach–please use catalunyafarm.com/!
