The main house is augmented by two separate casitas. One casita has two bedrooms, first bedroom with a Queen size bed and partial kitchen (refrigerator, sink, coffee maker and toaster). The second bedroom has a Full sized bed.† A/C units in both bedrooms.† A full bath adjoins the casita. The second casita has two trundle beds (four single beds) and a half-bath (toilet and sink), A/C unit.

The property has two outdoor showers, one by the beach and one outside the casitas. Full laundry room includes beach towels.
